Background on the building and unit prior to Renocon’s involvement.
The building was originally constructed in 1906, then was converted into a residential building in 1982. It was the first heritage loft conversion of its time in crosstown and is one of Vancouver’s finest examples of authentic, “loft style” living. Rich in character and history, with original brick exterior and interior walls, exposed post and beam construction, wood casement windows and exposed wood ceilings.
Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
A full renovation done on time and on budget (even finishing during a global pandemic)! Our home turned out better than we imagined and couldn’t have done it without Milan, Zami, Imaan and the Renocon Team. All were collaborative, respectful, communicative, honest and their skills show in the quality of the work! Thank You!!
