Our goal is to go above and beyond the traditional Renovation Contractor by providing all your design and construction

needs from within a showroom environment. Our unique process can be summarized in 5 simply steps :

 

1 Initial Consultation – We always suggest that we begin your creative process with a visit to our showroom.

Upon arrival you will be introduced to a Project Manager who will facilitate your renovation through to

completion. During your design consultation, we will go through a discovery process to establish your needs and

goals, likes and dislikes, and style and tastes. A walk-through of our showroom to view product samples will then

help us to gain a further understanding of your vision.

2 Free Estimate– The next step is for us to come to your home for a commitment free home estimate. Upon

arrival, we will focus on establishing a feel for your home and how to incorporate your kitchen vision into

the physical space. Once we have addressed the complete scope of the required work and compiled all the

gathered information, we will you provide you with an itemized budget estimate.

3 Design– This involves another creative consultation where your Project Manager will translate your vision

and product selections into a design drawing. Additional design consultations will then address any

concerns or pending changes. Once all of the design work has been completed and approved, we will

finalize the budget and establish an installation schedule.

4 Renovation – Every person who works on your kitchen is part of the Renocon family, and carries the

appropriate certificates and insurance to ensure you complete piece of mind. We realize this process can be

disruptive to your everyday life, so your Project Manager will maintain an ongoing presence and complete

accountability for all the work in your home. They will be readily available to answer any questions, and address any

requested changes or potential concerns which may arise during the renovation process. We are always just a visit

or call away.

5 Completion – Finally, once our installation teams have completed all construction and clean up, your Project

Manager will arrange for a comprehensive walk-through and evaluation of your new bathroom. At this time

you will be presented with a Project Completion Kit which will include all of your product specifications, and labour and

manufacturer warranties. Once we have confirmed your complete satisfaction with your new kitchen

the job is done.
